Features: The only two-story Southshore Bay Medley Villa.This villa is 1,747 sqft., 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2-car garage, and comes with a generous-sized loft upstairs.

Morningtide
One of the smaller single family homes. It comes with 1,683 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2-car garage.
Splendor
With 2 bedrooms and an optional 3rd, this 1,783 sq.ft. home is certainly a great option to consider, especially with a 12'x13' flex/bonus room.
Sunburst
It comes with 1,959 square feet of living space, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2-car garage.
Dawning
The Dawning has both, a flex/bonus room and storage. It has 2,141 sqft of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2-car garage plus golf cart area.
Meridian
The only 2-story home in this collection. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and loft, this 2,366 sq.ft. home is certainly a great option to consider for family...and grand kids.
3. Active Adult Estates
Argent
The smallest of The Estates. It comes with 2,216 sq.ft., 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 2-car garage.
Halos
With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this 2,350 sq.ft. home is certainly a great option to consider. Comes with 2 car garage and golf cart area.
Enentide
Eventide is the middle of the road home. Comes with 2,611 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3-car garage.
Daybreak
The largest of The Estates. Comes with 2,775 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 3-car garage.
